Update | Distance-Based Fees for our Cat Sitting Services

Dear Kampung Friends!

We are so blessed to have your continued support of the cat sitting services we provide, and truly value the trust you have placed in us. We have loved caring for each and every furbaby entrusted to us, and know each and every one of them by name.

We are sharing an update that allows us to provide cat care services for homes further from our original radius in a sustainable manner moving forward:

Effective January 2026, a distance-based fee from our operating base in Queenstown will be implemented as shown below:

• Within 5 km of Queenstown: No additional fee

• 5–10 km from Queenstown: Additional $10 per visit

• 10–15 km from Queenstown: Additional $20 per visit

• Beyond 15 km from Queenstown: Additional $30 per visit

There are no changes to our existing service rates (information here!) since we began in 2023! This new measure is implemented following our observations and experiences over time that allows our service provision to be more sustainable in accounting for increased travel distance, time and transport.
